First, you need to have internet.  Then you need a phone that’s IP capable.  For residential customers, we highly suggest converting to a VOIP capable cordless phone system.  For business customers, we offer varying levels of IP phones.

Most customers will fall into our Standard plan.

Absolutely! We have a thorough porting process that ensures we port each of your numbers.  The process takes 2-3 weeks.

You will need to have a phone that is IP capable.  If you’re a residential customer, it is highly unlikely that your current phone is compatible.  You will need a new phone.  IT Pro Partner will help you select the perfect phone for your need.  Phones are available for both wired and wireless networks and with pricing starting at $99.95.

We recommend 100Kbps per user. For example, if you have 10 users you should have 1Mbps dedicated to voice service.

Our system monitors the status of the phones with every phone call. If your internet goes down we can automatically re-route calls to another site, an answering service or even your cell phone. Customers will never know the difference.

We can install your new phones as quickly 3-5 days. In most cases the porting process takes 2-3 weeks from submission of all the documents. Incomplete information and pending orders can delay the process.
